The items purchased are well priced and timely received.

I've ordered different sizes of the self-seal bubble bags. Most of them were good. The 3x10s are a problem. The last 2 batches were so bad. I already complained about it to a representative & she told me to put a note on my next order which I did but still got bad ones. They were not fully popped & the sizes were inconsistent.

I placed an order for items I regularly purchase. A few days later I was told the items were back ordered and would arrive a month later. One month goes by and nothing has arrived. I called customer service and was told the shipment would be yet another month. I repeated this process and got the same response for THREE additional months. Today I still have not received these items and have given up trying go to get in touch with anyone.

Paper Mart products are good to excellent quality. The weight, thickness, durability and composition are the reasons I would recommend this business to family and friends.
